Shipping Policy

Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM). Our team may contact you to confirm your order, delivery details, sizes or specifications before dispatch.

Orders paid by bank transfer are typically dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

We deliver to cities across Pakistan through courier and logistics partners. Delivery to remote areas, or of bulky and regulated items, may require additional arrangements — our team will advise where this applies.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery city, order weight and volume, and the type of item. Charges are confirmed at checkout or by our team before dispatch.

Fire extinguishers and other pressurised or bulky items may carry different delivery arrangements from standard parcels.

Delivery times vary by destination and stock availability. Any timeframe we provide is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We will keep you informed if we expect a delay.

For corporate and bulk orders we can discuss delivery to offices, depots, warehouses or project sites, including scheduled or split deliveries. Please share site access requirements, contact persons and any delivery windows when ordering.

Please check your delivery on arrival. If packaging is visibly damaged or items are missing, note this with the courier where possible and contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs.

Deliveries can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, public holidays, road closures or courier disruption. We will do our best to keep you informed and minimise any inconvenience.
