We aim to describe products accurately. Product images are for illustration and the product supplied may differ slightly in appearance, packaging or branding. Specifications, standards and certifications should be confirmed with our team before ordering where they are important for your application.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order will apply. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before processing the order.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a revised delivery date or a refund.

An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we cannot verify order details.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For bank transfer orders, dispatch typically follows confirmation of payment. Corporate customers may request alternative arrangements subject to agreement.

Delivery is arranged as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Safety equipment must be selected, used, inspected and maintained correctly to provide protection. Buyers and employers remain responsible for ensuring equipment is suitable for the task, based on their workplace risk assessment, applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS), site requirements and the manufacturer's instructions, and that users are trained.
